Happy New Year Everyone,

As 2011 came to a close, I look back and am thankful for my health and publishing success. It was a trying first half of the year, but I made it through and am happier and healthier. The last half of the year ended on a high note with an RT Book Reviews award nomination for my January 2011 release TWO TO TANGO, the last book in the Orphan Series. I am extremely honored by the nomination.

2011 ended with the release of NEED YOU NOW my new trilogy “An Adams Affair” in December. It’s the first book in the series and will focus on the CEO and eldest daughter Kayla Adams and her quest to save the family business Adams Cosmetics from millionaire corporate raider Ethan Graham.

Finally, thanks to a new contract, I will have the privilege of bringing you more great stories in 2013.

With the New Year 2012 comes new releases and goals for the year for my alter ego Yahrah St. John. The second story of the “An Adams Affair” trilogy, LOST WITHOUT YOU will unfold on April 17^th with the middle child, VP Shane Adams. It will feature a stunning story of blackmail and intrigue surrounding the theft of Adams Cosmetics’ latest fragrance and a classic make-over story of Gabrielle Burton and her love affair with Shane. LOST WITHOUT YOU will be my 10^th book which is a huge milestone for me. I’m very proud to achieve that accomplishment.

My Dad threw me a party to celebrate my first book ONE MAGIC MOMENT in late 2004, we jokingly laughed about reaching my 10^th book and when that happened he would throw me another party. It seemed like such a far away goal. Well, seven years later….the time has come. Get your party shoes ready, Dad!

The final installment of the “An Adams Affair” trilogy FORMULA FOR PASSION will conclude in September 2012 with youngest daughter COURTNEY ADAMS falling for her family’s arch-enemies’ son, hotelier Jasper Jackson.

My goal for the year is two-fold. To work harder to increase my social networking platform. Working by day and writing by night is a job and a half, but I want to strive to give readers more of what they want and that’s hearing from me more often.

My second goal is to venture out into the world of E-books. I’ve watched what’s happened to Borders by not being ready for the e-book revolution and I’ve watched as authors such as Amanda Hocking have soared in E-books. I should be capitalizing on this market and my first book e-book DIRTY LAUNDRY will debut in March 2012.

DIRTY LAUNDRY was a labor of love that I worked on for nearly a year and after unsuccessful attempts at traditional publishing for my first main-stream women’s fiction book, I’m venturing to E-books. I hope you, my loyal romance readers will follow me on this journey. I think you will find a funny, poignant, yet romantic story in store for you.
